1. Free Lifetime Plating

We guarantee the quality of our silver jewellery and offer free lifetime plating services to maintain its lustrous appearance. The plating covers normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, fading of polish and tarnishing (turning black). However, please note that excessive damage or misuse may not be covered under this warranty. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with the plating service.

2. 30-Day Free Repair

We understand that accidents can happen, and your jewellery may require repairs. Therefore, we offer a 30-day free repair service for any manufacturing defects or damages that occur during normal wear. We will cover the shipping charges for the repair service during this period.

  • Repairs by Third Parties: Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorized third parties will void this warranty.
